Ingredients:
Mutton______________________________________½ kg
White beans__________________________________½ kg
Onions (chopped)_______________________________2
Cinnamon____________________________________2 sticks
Green cardamoms______________________________5
Cloves_______________________________________5
Crushed red chillies______________________________1 tsp
Crushed black pepper____________________________1 tsp
Turmeric powder_______________________________ ½ tsp
Garlic_______________________________________2 tbsp
Olive oil______________________________________2 tbsp
Baking soda___________________________________2 tbsp
Salt_________________________________________to taste
Green chillies (chopped)___________________________ 4
Coriander leaves (chopped)_________________________¼ bunch
Method:
- • Soak white beans overnight and boil them in a pot. Do not drain the excess water.
- • Heat oil in a wok; add cinnamon sticks, green cardamoms and cloves. Fry.
- • Add crushed garlic and onions, fry till they turn golden.
- • Add mutton and cook.
- • When oil appears on the surface, add red chillies, turmeric powder,
- • Garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves before serving.
