Ingredients:
Rice_____________________________________________ 1 cup
Carrots___________________________________________ 2
Capsicum__________________________________________ 1
Spring onions_______________________________________ 2
Ginger / garlic paste__________________________________ 1 tsp
Sugar____________________________________________ 2 tsp
Soya sauce_________________________________________ 1 tbsp
Salt______________________________________________ to taste
Oil_______________________________________________ as required
Method:
- • Boil rice and then pour co;d water over then. Sieve and set aside. Finley cut capsicum, cabbage, carrots and onions in the same size.
- • Put ginger / garlic paste and vegetables in a pot and fry them slightly. Add rice to the fried vegetables and mix well.
- • Add soya sauce, sugar, salt and white pepper powder in the rice and mix well.
