For Koftas:

Oil_________________________________________ for frying
For Gravy:
Onions______________________________________3
Ginger / garlic paste_____________________________1 tbsp
Yogurt ______________________________________½ cup
Red chili powder________________________________1 tbsp
Turmeric powder_______________________________1 tsp
Coriander powder______________________________ 2 tbsp
Hot spices powder______________________________1tsp
Salt________________________________________to taste
Oil_________________________________________1 cup
Methond:
- • Coat fish pieces with a little white vinegar; after 10 minutes wash them and coat them and coat them with lemon juice. Grease a tawa with oil and grill the fish pieces on it . take the pieces off when all the water dries up and mash them with the help of a fork.
- • Add kofta ingredients to the mashed fish and mix with hands. Make small koftas and fry on low heat. To make gravy, heat oil in a pot and add finely sliced onions.Fry till they turn light folden and then add all the gravy ingredients. When oil appears on the surface, arrange koftas in it. Add 1 ½ cups water and without stirring cook on medium flame. Take it off flame after 10 minutes.
- • Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies before serving.
